I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 4 years as well as a school counselor for 18 years. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling, a Masters in Educational Leadership and also am a certified AD(H)D Professional (CSSP).

I prefer to use a strengths-based approach to counseling, not focusing on what is wrong but focusing on how to move forward one step at a time. As the parent and spouse of family members with AD(H)D, this has been my primary area of study and emphasis.
